The 90-Day Sprint

From drowning to free.
Here's how it works.

A focused 90-day engagement to get your business running without you at the center of everything — so you can be present for the life you're working so hard to afford.

The Promise

"This is about fundamentally changing what your business requires of you, so you can be fully present for the life you're working so hard to afford."

The 90-day sprint isn't about fixing everything. It's about building a foundation — taking a business that runs on your intuition, your constant presence, and your exhaustion, and turning it into something your team can see, understand, and operate without you in the room for every decision.

The Four Phases

Each phase builds on the last. By the end, your business holds knowledge that used to live only in your head.

1

See Clearly

Weeks 1–2

I don't show up with answers. I show up with eyes and ears. Before we meet, I've reviewed everything you can share — financials, systems, documentation (or the lack of it). Then I embed. I shadow you. I watch how the business actually runs, not how you think it runs.

I'm not there to interrogate. I'm there to see — the daily rhythm, the communication patterns, where breakdowns happen, where money leaks, where you're the bottleneck without realizing it. By the end of week two, we have a baseline. Not a diagnosis from the outside, but a map built from the inside.

What you'll feel: Someone finally sees what I'm dealing with. I'm not alone in this anymore.

2

Breathe Again

Weeks 3–6

Now we move. But not on everything — just the highest-leverage fixes. The things that create immediate relief.

Maybe it's job costing so you finally know which projects actually make money. Maybe it's a simple system that stops you from being the answer to every question. Maybe it's a proof-of-concept tool that fills a gap nothing off-the-shelf could. Quick wins aren't about solving the whole problem. They're about creating space — enough breathing room that you can start to believe change is possible.

What you'll feel: I can feel the difference. I'm not drowning in the same way. There's air.

3

Build the Machine

Weeks 7–10

This is where it gets harder. The adrenaline of early wins fades. The real work of building systems, documenting processes, and pulling the team in begins. Your team feels it now. There's friction — new ways of doing things, new expectations, new accountability.

But this is also where the shift happens. The business starts to hold knowledge that used to live only in your head. Your team has clarity. Decisions can happen without you in the room. Communication becomes critical — the story of why you're doing this has to be sound, and the business case has to be solid.

What you'll feel: This is hard. But I can see my team stepping up in ways they couldn't before.

4

Stay Free

Weeks 11–12

The goal isn't to create dependency. It's to make myself unnecessary. By now, the systems exist. Your team knows how to use them. You have real data — not gut feelings — to make decisions from.

The final two weeks are about making sure it sticks — and being honest about what's left. We do a full recap: here's what we built, here's what changed, here's what's still on the list. Some things didn't make the cut. That's intentional. 90 days is about foundation, not perfection.

You leave with a clear choice: continue with me, or take what we've built and run with it yourself. Either way, you own the systems. No lock-in. No dependency. Just a foundation you can build on.

What you'll feel: I can see everything we accomplished. I know what's next. And for the first time, I get to choose what I take on — instead of everything choosing me.

A word about the hard part

Somewhere around week 7 or 8, most owners hit a wall. The early wins have faded, the real work is grinding, and part of you wants to quit. That's normal. That's where most change efforts die — not because the plan was wrong, but because change is hard and paying for pain gets exhausting.

I won't let that happen. The 90-day constraint isn't arbitrary — it's short enough to stay focused, long enough to build something real, and bounded enough that you can see the finish line. We'll push through the hard part together. I've seen the other side, and it's worth it.

Why This Works

This isn't traditional consulting. No disappearing for two weeks and coming back with a PowerPoint. No junior associates doing the work. No dependency by design.

I embed, not evaluate

I shadow you. I watch the business run. I experience the chaos alongside you before I ever make a recommendation. The map comes from the inside, not the outside.

I've lived it

I'm not theorizing about burnout and business chaos. I've been the owner who snapped at his kids because work took everything. I found the other side. That's what I help you build.

AI accelerates the work

90 days sounds fast because it is. I use AI to accelerate diagnostic and documentation work that used to take months. More time building, less time analyzing.

You own everything

No proprietary systems you can't access. No dependency on me forever. When we're done, you have the foundation — and the choice of what to do next.

The Investment

$35,000

90 days. Fixed scope. No surprises.

Most owners I work with were already losing more than this in inefficiency, rework, and opportunities they couldn't pursue because they were too buried to see them. The real question isn't whether you can afford it — it's what it's costing you to stay stuck.

Not just in dollars. In dinners missed. In weekends lost. In the version of yourself your family used to know.

  • Full diagnostic and baseline assessment (Weeks 1-2)
  • Quick wins implementation (Weeks 3-6)
  • Systems and process buildout (Weeks 7-10)
  • Team training and handoff (Weeks 11-12)
  • Complete documentation — everything we build, you own
  • Prioritized roadmap of what's next (whether you continue or not)

What Happens Next

No pressure. No pitch. Just a conversation to see if this is right for you.

1

We talk

Text me or schedule a call. Tell me what's going on. I'll listen.

2

We decide together

If it's a fit, I'll tell you. If it's not, I'll tell you that too — and point you somewhere better if I can.

3

We start

If we're a go, we begin within two weeks. 90 days later, you're free.

Ready to talk?

No commitment. Just a conversation about what's possible.
